C'est E x c i t i n g Non...

hey guys...
kinda late now...but still wanna post hahaha
currently all of my days of work is form 12pm-10pm
and they called it as SwinG(whee...) hahahaha

once a week i will be getting Morning shift which is from 9am-4pm hehehe..
after that can baliks d...
and once a while will get Closing which is from 4pm till 12am ...siao giler...

so far..what have i achieved training in Italiannies is...

Stage 1
1. Getting to know the peeps.. there most of them are Philipinos...
2. Remembering the menu..which is quite easy to remember now since i already been working there for 1 week++(kacang only ahhahha)
3. Take a so called Test paper to know stuff inside the restaurant well...(services, utensils, etc)
4. Food runner
5. Bread cutter
6. Packing pasta( linguine 180g, shell pasta 230g, fettucinne 180g, angel hair 230g, spagetti 180g)
7. Wipe cutleries
8.Serve and top up drinks
9. Free gas drinks for staffs lol YaY!

Stage 2
1. Helping out at the stations
2. Taking order YAY!

Stage 3
I just accomplished this stage today...which is handling a station by myself. This is just so cool man....lucky the station they gave me was quite small , Table 30-35
Quite a big crowd today, Saturday. There were quite some turnover tonight. I did serve ang mos
tonight..very friendly...after their dinner the Host shook my hands LOL and i felt respected as a server . Thanks sir.

Stage 4
1. It will soon come true as i will be getting my thumb print to be recognise in the micros system so that i could take orders and sell the flings and smoothies to earn some extra cash.
1 drink = 50 cents. it is like a challenge to all servers.nice~~~

that is about it..sleepy d.

My Next Challenge

This is a very sad thing to say as this might be everyone's fav...
Here goes.................
From now onwards....i will not eat McD's French Fries T.T

i am also doing a small test on Burger King fries..
am waiting for it to rot...if it doesnt...i won't eat them...
