just ended my training. happy but at the same time bored. time passes by so slowly. no where to go. bored at home. either facing the comp or tv. what a life. omg..screw this

....hahaha ok back to normal... well happy and sad at the same time after training.. Italiannie's at the curve is really something.. real busy during fridays, sats, and sundays...

Details Of Placement

Venue : Italiannie's The Curve, Mutiara Damansara

Training Period : 1 July - 31 August 2008 (2 Months)

Shifts : 9am-5pm , 12pm-10pm and 4pm-12am

Roles : Server and Host

It was a bit funny for my first day at Italiannie's.. cause of what i wore, appropriately of course..but not plain white shirt..well i didnt know that my first day will be the day i start working my a** off right...i thought it was ORIENTATION!!but sadly the orientation only took us 30 minutes or less....so freaking fast!!!

it was explained by Mr. Erwan..sadly he was transferred to Sunway branch

So...my first day...i didnt really got to work as a waiter, so ask me to be a Host
Host - Hasnain

Hostess - Krishna, Fara, Sharmim, Atika(Baby)

Well it was quite an easy job just answering calls, lead guest to table and giving out menus!!

that was a 1 day job as host.... later on 2 weeks before i ended my training...i was the Host for a week..

really enjoyed it since the past month was on floor serving...

during the host period..it was so relaxing..and i got to gossip a lot with other hostess haha

and also need not to wear my plain white shirt which i have been wearing for the whole month

bored of it...so as a Host i got to put on some of my shirts that i wore to coll all this while for classes

And i got compliments too for looking so smart hahhaha....even Mr.Max was jealous hahahah

he said i didnt match my tie and shirt well.. but others said it was Great ahhaha

from there i know..Mr. Max is jealous hahaha...

well of course..he is just 20++ so there is a competition there hahaha..

both youngsters!!

I think i WON lol...hahha

Well there is a GM and a few Managers around...

GM - Mr. Vijay David (VD)

Managers - Mr. Desmond, Mr. Max, Mr. Ricard, Mr. Rum, Mr. Gary(Newcomer)

Guess that this is 1 hell of a place...since there is so many managers around lol...

Really enjoyed training there.. all those crazy guys are funny and friendly ")

Also got to follow their SOP well..

Got some compliments from guest that i serve well too..really happy to hear this from them!!

not forgetting the tips they gave XD

got to cover my lunch at times

i started as a foodrunner for the first 2 weeks
from there i got to run the food from expo to the tables and also got me to remember the table numbers..which is so funny especially the ones in Laundry...

just pire headache...untill now...i only remember the sections but how the tables are numbered is still a big ? on my head ....

I was really happy on my last day...after my training and part-time for a week...Mr.Max actually bought me a drink from laundry...which is his recipe

this drink is quite spicy..but it was nice hahaha.. thought of getting another few shots ...
